Subscription
I purchased a subscription, but features are still locked. What should I do?
- Open your FivePointFive profile.
- Open App settings.
- Tap Restore purchases.

Checking the status of a subscription
- Open your FivePointFive profile.
- Open App settings.
- Tap Subscription.
- Check your subscription details, including your current plan and next renewal date.
Does my subscription automatically renew?
Yes, your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
Can I use a free trial more than once?
Trials are available to new FivePointFive users only.
What happens at the end of my free trial?
Once the trial period ends, you’ll be automatically billed for the selected Quarterly or Annual Subscription. To opt out, cancel your trial anytime during the trial period.
How to cancel my subscription
- Open your FivePointFive profile.
- Open App settings.
- Tap Subscription.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Note: If you cancel, you’ll still have full access to all app features until the end of your current trial or paid period.
How do I get a refund?
All FivePointFive subscription payments are handled through the App Store. Refund eligibility and processing are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.
- Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
- Click I’d like to, then choose Request a refund.
- Select the reason for requesting the refund and tap Next.
- Select the FivePointFive subscription and tap Submit.
Apple will review your request within 48 hours and notify you if the refund is approved.
