Performance Scores Troubleshooting Guide
Why are my scores showing empty values?
If your scores aren’t properly calculating or are showing up as empty, it’s likely due to one of these issues:
- You haven’t consistently been wearing your Apple Watch during sleep. Biometric data collected during sleep is crucial when calculating your scores.
- You haven’t granted full permissions to access Apple Health data.
- You’ve been wearing your Apple Watch for less than 5 days. A minimum of 5 days is required to calculate scores.
Grant Apple Health Permissions
- Open the Health app on your iPhone.
- Tap your profile icon at the top right corner.
- Tap Apps and select the FivePointFive app.
- Ensure that all required permissions are enabled.
